快乐的吃饺子
今天是双休日，奶奶说：“我们今天中午吃饺子。”我一听，高兴得一蹦三尺高，奶奶说：“但是有一个前提，就是必须自己亲手包！”
我们开始包饺子了，奶奶擀面皮，妈妈、阿姨和我一起包饺子。我拿起一个面皮，用筷子夹起一些饺子馅，放在面皮上，两手使劲一挤，结果用力过猛挤破了面皮，馅冒了出来，我赶紧“急救”，用了两个面皮，总算堵住了“漏洞”。这时妈妈和阿姨已经包了十几个了，我包的饺子排列在它们中间，挺着“将军肚”，真叫我不好意思。
我放下手中的筷子，走到阿姨嬗变，看阿姨怎样包饺子。我学着阿姨的样子，拿起一个面皮放在手上，又夹了适量的饺子馅放在面皮正中，然后把面皮两边对齐，轻轻一捏，一个鼓鼓的饺子便出现在了我的眼前。我把它放在锅盖上，和阿姨包的饺子不相上下。一个小时过去了，我们包了满满两锅盖饺子。
妈妈烧好了水，准备煮饺子。水开后，我把饺子放进锅里，盖上锅盖。过了一会儿，锅里传出了“咕噜咕噜”的声音，我忙揭开锅盖，拿勺子搅一搅，加一瓢冷水，盖上锅盖再煮。我反复做了两次，等到第三次听到响声，我连忙揭开锅盖，一阵香味扑鼻而来。只见一个个饱满的饺子浮在水，面上，就像一叶叶扁舟漂浮在水面上。
