到了游泳馆，我换好泳衣，先在岸上做了做热身运动，为什么要做呢？我来告诉你吧！热身运动可以促进血液循环，以防游泳时腿脚抽筋。

游了一会儿，妈妈给我们买来了门口的小吃，我们立刻津津有味地吃了起来。吃好后，沈彦成急着下水继续去玩，我制止了他，说：“饭后或吃过东西后不能急于下水，以免呕吐，饭前游泳也不行，会让人虚脱，体力不支，懂了吗？”“哦，谢谢你的提醒啊！”沈彦成挠挠头皮，不好意思地说。
